Can psoriasis be life-threatening?

Psoriasis is usually not life-threatening. There are many types of psoriasis, and the most common type clinically is common psoriasis. If common psoriasis is not treated actively, it can further evolve into other types of psoriasis, such as erythrodermic psoriasis, arthritic psoriasis and pustular psoriasis. When the symptoms of this more serious psoriasis appear, it will lead to metabolic disorders of the body and even other systemic symptoms, which can lead to death. Therefore, it is usually not life-threatening to pay attention to regular work and rest, balanced diet, active treatment, and follow a reasonable treatment plan.
