1. Lesions of neighboring organs:
(1) clinically more common are acid reflux caused by reflux pharyngitis, chronic sinusitis postnasal drip caused by foreign body sensation in the throat. It is necessary to combine gastroscopy, nasal endoscopy, sinus CT and other examinations to understand the cause of the disease, and then according to the situation to develop appropriate treatment measures. For example, inhibit gastric acid treatment, control sinusitis and other treatment measures.
(2) Stromal overgrowth syndrome: Patients with stromal overgrowth syndrome may also have a foreign body sensation in the throat, or even nausea and neck pain, which needs to be combined with stromal CT + 3D reconstruction examination to be obvious. As the penile protrusion is relatively hidden, it is also quite easy to miss the diagnosis clinically.
(3) Thyroid disease: benign and malignant thyroid tumors may also cause foreign body sensation in the throat, and due to the gradual growth of the nodule, it may cause compression symptoms on the neck. It is recommended to improve the neck ultrasound and other related examinations.
2. Systemic diseases: including excessive smoking and alcohol, menopausal syndrome, tetanus early symptoms, myasthenia gravis, severe anemia can cause foreign body sensation in the throat. Some patients even mental factors, depression, paranoia, etc. can feel foreign body sensation in the throat.
