Are thyroid nodules and breast nodules related?

Thyroid nodules are not associated with breast nodules. The thyroid gland is located directly in front of the neck and the breast gland is located in front of the pectoralis major muscle fascia, between the 2nd and 6th. 1. Thyroid nodules: Thyroid nodules are a relatively common benign condition, with only a very small number of patients having malignant nodules. Benign thyroid nodules usually do not require treatment if there are no obvious symptoms, while malignant thyroid nodules should be surgically removed as soon as possible after diagnosis. 2. Breast nodules: most of the breast nodules are benign, mainly including fibrocystic changes, fibroadenoma, simple cysts, intraductal papilloma and so on. Benign breast nodules can be diagnosed and treated according to the different causes. If the breast nodules are found to be malignant tumors, comprehensive treatment based on surgery should be adopted.
