Which is more toxic, Tegio or albumin paclitaxel?

Overall Tegio is an oral chemotherapeutic agent and albumin paclitaxel is an intravenous chemotherapeutic agent, therefore albumin paclitaxel is relatively more toxic, but in some toxicities, it is Tegio’s that is more toxic, such as skin toxicity of hyperpigmentation. Both Tegio and Albumin Paclitaxel are chemotherapeutic drugs used in the treatment of malignant tumors, both chemotherapeutic drugs may cause gastrointestinal toxicity, hematological toxicity, liver toxicity, skin toxicity, neurotoxicity, alopecia, etc. Of the above toxicities, except for the skin toxicity, most of the other toxicities are more serious with Albumin Paclitaxel. After the use of albumin paclitaxel, many patients are likely to develop serious hematologic symptoms, hair loss, etc.. Skin toxicity is more serious in some patients after Tegretol use, such as darkening of the skin, hand-foot syndrome, and so on.
