Symptoms of qi and yin deficiency (deficiency of both qi and yin) include depression, dry mouth and throat, weakness of the limbs, chest tightness and shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by the slightest movement of sweating), night sweating (abnormal sweating after falling asleep, sweating stops after waking up), pale, thin and thin tongue, scarce and cracked moss, and thin, soft and feeble pulse.
In cases of qi and yin deficiency, symptoms of qi deficiency and yin deficiency can be seen at the same time. Symptoms of qi deficiency include tiredness, self-consciousness, shortness of breath, laziness, pale color, sweating or profuse sweating when moving, or even a tendency to fall off the wagon, pale and thin tongue, and thin and weak pulse.
Symptoms of Yin deficiency include dry mouth and throat, thirst, hot flashes (a burst of fever), burning heat in the hands and feet, night sweating, constipation, red tongue with little or no moss, and a weak pulse.
If you experience any of the above symptoms, please go to a regular medical institution in a timely manner and receive standardized treatment under the guidance of a physician, and do not blindly use medication on your own to avoid delaying your condition.
