Pemphigus vulgaris is an autoimmune related non-scarring hair loss disorder. It is generally treated with medication, phototherapy and other treatments. 1. Medication: local medication includes 2%, 5% minoxidil solution, 10% cayenne pepper tincture and so on. Glucocorticoids can be injected into the bald area to reduce perifollicular inflammation, and prednisone can be used for intradermal injection. Systemic medications can be used cystine, calcium pantothenate, and B vitamins orally. The drugs should be used according to the doctor’s prescription. 2. Phototherapy: Long-wave ultraviolet rays, photodynamic therapy, excimer laser, etc. have some effect on baldness. 3. Others: moderate to severe baldness (baldness area > 50%) can be used externally with contact sensitizer diphenylcyclopropenone. Do not use drugs on your own to avoid aggravating the condition of baldness.
