What’s wrong with tingling in the limbs when I’m angry?

Tingling in the limbs when you are very angry is usually caused by hyperventilation syndrome. Hyperventilation syndrome is a group of syndromes caused by hyperventilation in excess of physiologic metabolic needs. This syndrome refers to any cause without organic pathology, but the attack has accelerated respiratory movements, producing a decrease in arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure (less than 5kPa), respiratory alkalosis, and sympathetic nervous system excitation. Clinical manifestations can manifest themselves in a variety of ways. For example, dyspnea and choking sensation, chest tightness, chest pain and palpitations; sensory abnormalities such as numbness in the ends of the limbs, face and chest area; increased muscle excitability and convulsive seizures of the hands and feet; headache or generalized spasms and impaired consciousness; and a variety of symptoms accompanied by neurosis syndrome, and so on. Try to avoid violent mood swings in daily life, maintain a good state of mind, and seek medical treatment promptly if you feel unwell.
