Hemostatic Triad Dosage and Administration

The hemostatic triad consists of hemostat, hemostat aromatic acid and vitamin K1. The dosage of hemostat is 3.0 g, that of hemostat aromatic acid is 0.4 g, and that of vitamin K1 is 30 mg. Prepared with 500 ml of sugar water or 500 ml of saline, and used immediately after surgery, it may be effective in stopping bleeding from wound wound wound as well as a small amount of intra-abdominal hemorrhage. However, if for intra-abdominal hemorrhage or bleeding caused by rupture of blood vessels, the effectiveness of hemostasis is relatively poor. If there is a lot of intra-abdominal bleeding, a blood transfusion of red blood cells and plasma may be needed. When the patient’s condition is unstable, that is, when hemorrhagic shock occurs, it is necessary to enter the operating room in time for a second operation.
