Infantile back cysts can be treated medically or removed surgically. Infantile back cysts can be caused by sebum secreted by the sebaceous glands blocking the sebaceous glands or hair follicle openings, and the accumulation of sebum can form cysts, i.e. epidermoid cysts.
Epidermoid cysts are commonly found on the head, back, neck, etc. Generally, there are no obvious clinical symptoms and no special treatment is needed to keep the skin clean. When combined with infection, there may be pain, redness, swelling, fever and other manifestations, commonly combined with anaerobic infections, can be given antibiotics to fight infection, such as penicillin, clindamycin, metronidazole and so on. Surgical excision can be performed if necessary.
If a cyst appears on the back of the baby, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital in time, under the guidance of the physician standardized diagnosis and treatment, to avoid delaying the condition.
