Which acupoint should be massaged if the pericardium meridian is blocked?

Blockage of the pericardium meridian can be massaged at Tianchi and Tianquan acupoints, which need to be operated by a professional Chinese medicine practitioner.
Tianchi is sitting or lying on the back, in the chest, when the 4th intercostal space, 1 inch outside the nipple, 5 inches away from the front center line.
