The pain like pins and needles in the little toe may be caused by physiological reasons such as excessive force, or pathological reasons such as gout, lumbar disc herniation, as well as trauma, infection and so on.
1. Physiological reasons: keeping the same posture for a long time or squeezing shoes may lead to blood circulation obstacles in the little toes, causing numbness and pain in the toes, and generally changing the posture or replacing the shoes with bigger ones can relieve the pain.
