Symptoms of chronic gonorrhea (chronic lymphocytic leukemia) include systemic symptoms, enlarged lymph nodes, large liver and spleen, sternal pressure pain, infection, etc.
1. Systemic symptoms: Early stage of the disease can be characterized by night sweats, fatigue, low-grade fever, emaciation and fatigue.
2. Enlarged lymph nodes: 60% to 80% of patients have enlarged lymph nodes. The enlarged lymph nodes are usually painless, tough and without adhesion, and may gradually increase in size or fuse with the progress of the disease. Most of them are found in the groin, supraclavicular, armpit, head and neck.
3. Liver and spleen enlargement: more than half of the patients have mild to moderate splenomegaly, hepatomegaly is rare.
4. Sternal pressure pain: rare.
5. Infection: anemia, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia may occur in the late stage or often complicate infection.
Patients should go to the hospital in time when the above symptoms occur to avoid delaying the condition.
