Tyrosinase is an important biological enzyme with a dual catalytic function present in the human body. This biological enzyme has a key role in melanin formation in the human body and is generally closely related to aging in the human body. If the level of this enzyme is excessive or overexpressed, it may lead to hyperpigmentation disorders in the body, such as possible freckles, melasma or seborrheic keratosis, etc. If there is some disorder of tyrosinase, or due to low levels of this enzyme, it may lead to hypopigmented skin diseases, most often probably vitiligo. Also, for some hair disorders, such as gray hair, there may be a relationship with the metabolism of tyrosinase.
