Liver Cancer Ultrasound

Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma can find occupying images in ultrasound. Ultrasound of hepatocellular carcinoma can show parenchymal hypoechoic or slightly strong echogenicity, and there is obvious blood flow signal. The ultrasound performance of different liver cancers varies. Small liver cancers (less than 3cm in diameter) have uneven echogenicity inside, often accompanied by peritoneum and surrounded by acoustic halo. With the increase of liver cancer mass, the performance of ultrasound is different. Large liver cancer shows hyperechoic or heterogeneous echo, and the larger size of liver cancer makes its periphery usually not clear. Early liver cancer usually has no symptoms, and when symptoms appear, it is mostly in advanced stage of liver cancer. Therefore, early detection and early treatment are especially important for liver cancer, if liver cancer is diagnosed in early stage, it should be timely selected for surgical treatment, and liver function should be regularly rechecked.
