Rehabilitation of tenosynovitis

‘Common rehabilitation training methods for tenosynovitis include wrist stretching training, wrist flexion training, wrist dorsiflexion training, and grip strength training.
1. Wrist stretching training: the affected elbow joint is in the straight position, use the healthy hand to press the back of the affected hand to make the wrist flexion as much as possible to maintain the posture. Then hold the palm or fingers of the affected side to stretch the wrist as far as possible and maintain the posture. Hold each position for 15-30 seconds.
2. Wrist flexion training: palm up, hold the dumbbell in your hand, exert upward force at an even speed to make the wrist flexion, and then slowly relax back to the original position.
3. Wrist dorsiflexion training: palm down, hold dumbbells in your hand and stretch the wrist dorsiflexion upward at a constant speed, then slowly relax and return to the original position.
4. Grip training: hold a rubber ball in your hand, grasp it tightly, maintain the posture and hold on for 5 seconds.
