Risk factors for breast cancer and treatment?

High-risk factors for breast cancer – refers to some factors that have a higher chance of occurrence of breast cancer in certain specific populations than in normal populations. They include the following: 1. Family history of breast cancer. 2. Early menarche and late menopause, long menstruation years or prolonged anovulation. 3. Infertility or failure to breastfeed. 4. Long-term use of estrogen drugs. 5.History of breast cancer on one side. 6. Previous benign breast tumor disorders. All women with the above risk factors must regularly monitor themselves and seek medical attention when problems are detected, and should also have their breasts examined by a physician regularly, at least once a year. Early symptoms of breast cancer: It is scientifically proven that most breast cancer lesions are generally above 2 or 0 cm in diameter when touched by patients, while the tumor is 1 cm3 in volume, and the growth time is generally 2-8 years, early breast cancer mostly has no obvious symptoms, but occasionally breast hard nodes are found, most of them are painless, a few of them are painful, thus patients often lose their vigilance and mistake them for inflammation or premenstrual breast changes and delay the diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, patients often lose their vigilance and mistake them for inflammation or premenstrual breast changes, thus delaying the diagnosis and treatment. Breast cancer lumps are most commonly found in the upper outer and central parts of the breast (about 70%), and sometimes unilateral nipple with bloody overflow can be found. Sometimes, breast lumps are not obvious, but if there is a lump in the armpit, you should also seek medical attention because the lymph nodes in the armpit are the earliest metastatic site of breast cancer. Early diagnosis and treatment, with the help of advanced medical instruments, can significantly improve the prognosis. Localization surgery of untouchable breast lesions can treat breast malignant tumors at an early stage. The high-frequency ultrasound-guided guidewire localization surgery adopted by our breast center can remove untouchable breast cancer lesions with a minimum diameter of 3mm, enabling patients to have breast-conserving surgical treatment and obtain good quality of survival, and this technology has now become a special treatment item of the department.
