Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation serious or flash back serious

In comparison, lumbar disc herniation is more serious than flashback. Flashback refers to an acute injury to the soft tissues of the lumbar region, including lumbar muscle and lumbar ligament injuries. Flashback does not have symptoms of nerve damage, but is simply a muscle and ligament injury. Through a period of strict, systematic conservative treatment, the majority of patients can recover, and there are no significant sequelae. However, this is not the case with lumbar disc herniation, which can lead to significant nerve damage when it is more serious, and the nerve damage may not recover when the lumbar disc is herniated for a longer period of time. The more serious lumbar disc herniation can even lead to incomplete paralysis of both lower limbs, so lumbar disc herniation is far more serious than flashback.
