What happened to the fracture between the left femoral trochanter?

In young people, incisional internal fixation is recommended, while in older people, PFNA internal fixation and femoral head replacement can be considered. Therefore, early treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture is necessary. In addition, attention should be paid to whether the fracture is caused by pathological fracture, and relevant tests should be performed to identify it.
