Rezudel, i.e. Bismuth Potassium Citrate, is not suitable for patients with allergy to bismuth, pregnant women, nursing mothers, gastric disorders accompanied by severe renal insufficiency. Bismuth potassium citrate is indicated for the treatment of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and erythema exudative gastritis, erosive gastritis. The main usage is oral, warm water, avoid carbonated drinks and milk, etc.. Carbonated beverages, beer, coffee, strong tea, etc. should not be consumed during treatment. No other bismuth preparations should be taken while taking this product. It is forbidden for pregnant and lactating women, allergic to bismuth, patients with severe renal insufficiency; children, patients with hepatic insufficiency and acute gastric mucosal lesions should be used with caution; adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, darkening of stool, blackening of the tongue, mild headache, dizziness, insomnia and skin rashes can be seen.
