Low back pain and leg pain are the two most common symptoms of lumbar disc herniation. The low back pain is located in the lower back pain or radiates to the buttocks, rear lateral thighs, etc. It is relieved after rest and aggravated after exertion. It is light in the morning and worsens in the afternoon. Heavy in sitting and standing, relieved by lying down. Aggravated by coughing and sneezing when the symptoms are worse. Most of the leg pain is located outside the back of the thigh to the back and outside of the calf, a few can be in front of the thigh and calf, the pain affects the lower limbs like a line, and can be accompanied by numbness and weakness of the lower limbs. If you have any of these symptoms, you probably have a lumbar disc herniation.
