How to treat a perforated stomach from drinking

Drinking alcohol to gastric perforation needs drug treatment and surgical treatment.
1. Drug treatment: Omeprazole, rabeprazole and other drugs can be used to inhibit the secretion of gastric acid and promote the repair of gastric mucosa; and ceftriaxone sodium, amitrazine and other drugs can be used for anti-infection treatment. For patients with hypovolemic shock, blood transfusion and intravenous rehydration can be performed, and vasoactive drugs such as dopamine and epinephrine can be used.
Diet should be prohibited during gastric perforation.
2. Surgery: If the gastric perforation does not improve with conservative treatment or if there are symptoms such as infection, gastric perforation repair or gastrectomy is needed.
Gastric perforation is a very dangerous acute abdominal disease, and it is recommended that the patient seek medical treatment in time, and do not take any medication on your own, so as not to cover up the condition. Medications and related treatments should be used under a doctor’s supervision.
