Mycosis vaginalis is not all sexually transmitted. It may be caused by a woman’s poor body resistance, or by not paying attention to vulva hygiene or local humid weather, rainy days, or underwear that cannot be dried completely. If you are diagnosed with mycosis vaginalis and do not intend to get pregnant in the near future, it is best to get regular treatment as soon as possible. Men do not need to be treated at the same time, but women can use cleanser, douche the vagina, use nifurtimox vaginal soft capsule, stuff the vagina for a week, and take oral fluconazole tablets, 1 tablet each in the morning and evening, for a week. The underwear should be scalded with boiling water, washed and exposed to the sun, and usually pay more attention to increase resistance, stay up less at night, exercise more and work out more.
