How to cure spleen weakness and fatigue

If a patient with spleen deficiency has symptoms of fatigue, it may be due to spleen qi deficiency, spleen qi deficiency, spleen yang deficiency (insufficient yang qi in the spleen), spleen not regulating blood (spleen not regulating blood), etc. The patient can take medication or acupuncture therapy under the guidance of a Chinese medicine practitioner for the cause of the disease. For patients with insufficient spleen qi, they can follow the doctor’s instructions to take Sijunzi Tang, Ginseng Ling Baijushu San and other prescriptions. For patients with spleen qi deficiency and qi subsidence, oral medicines such as tonifying the middle Jiaozhong and Yiqi Tang can be taken, thus playing the roles of tonifying the middle Jiaozhong and Yiqi (treating qi deficiency by tonifying the spleen), and elevating yang and lifting subsidence (elevating yang qi of the body in order to lift up the subsided organs). If the patient is suffering from Spleen-Yang deficiency, oral administration of Li Zhong Wan (理中丸) and Li Zhong Wan (附子理中丸) is required. If the patient is a case of spleen not regulating blood, the patient may take oral medicines such as Gui Spleen Tang. In addition to medication, patients can also take acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in accordance with their own conditions. Acupuncture or moxibustion can be used for the middle epigastric region, spleen, foot, stomach, Jianli, Taichong and other acupoints. Most patients can improve the symptoms of weakness with standardized treatment. Once spleen deficiency is diagnosed, patients need to cooperate with their doctors to take treatment measures. During the treatment period, patients should also follow the doctor’s instructions for regular review.
