Cidilan is a fast-acting cardiotonic drug proposed from hairy flower digitalis, whose action is faster than digitalis and digoxin, and is clinically used for the treatment of acute and chronic heart failure, atrial fibrillation and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Because of irregular absorption in gastrointestinal tract, digitran is rarely used orally. It is unstable in aqueous solution and needs to be diluted with glucose injection and then injected slowly. Glucose is a polysaccharide with methyl component and very little polarity. It can form a dissolved carrying form with Dexilant. You can dilute 0.2-1.6mg of Dexilant with 5% glucose solution 20ml, dilute and inject intravenously.
