Can hysteroscopy check endometrial thickness?

Hysteroscopy cannot directly measure the thickness of the endometrium, and if the thickness of the endometrium is to be measured, it needs to be realized by pelvic ultrasonography, or pelvic nuclear magnetic examination if necessary. However, pelvic MRI is not a routine test, and ultrasound is the most commonly used test. If the endometrium is found to be thick during the examination, combined with whether the patient has abnormal uterine bleeding, hysteroscopy is needed to understand the situation in the uterine cavity, and if necessary, corresponding diagnostic scraping is performed. If there is a lot of scrapings, it indirectly suggests that the endometrium is thicker.
