Bilateral cervical paravascular and submandibular multiple enlarged lymph node shadows may be cervical lymph node tuberculosis, acute suppurative tonsillitis, malignant tumor invasion and so on. 1. Cervical lymph node tuberculosis: most latent tuberculosis infections are due to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, which involves the adenoids, pharyngeal lymphatic ring, tonsils and so on, resulting in enlarged cervical lymph nodes. 2. Acute suppurative tonsillitis: most of the acute suppurative tonsillitis is caused by bacterial infection, which leads to congestion and enlargement of tonsils, and with the spread of bacteria, it may involve the cervical lymph nodes, thus resulting in the enlargement of cervical lymph nodes, which is mostly caused by staphylococcus, hemolytic streptococcus, diplococcus pneumoniae and other bacteria. 3. Invasion of malignant tumors: malignant tumors invade the cervical lymph nodes and cause local enlargement, such as pharyngeal malignant tumors, thyroid malignant tumors, lung malignant tumors and so on.
