The diagnosis of endometrial cancer can be made mainly from the following three aspects: 1) detailed medical history, including the presence of family history, systemic diseases and physical examination by doctors; 2) imaging examination: including ultrasound, chest X-ray, CT, MRI, PET-CT and other imaging examinations to confirm the diagnosis; 3) pathological examination: it is the only method to confirm the diagnosis of endometrial cancer, including segmental uterine scraping and endometrial biopsy under hysteroscopy.
