Dead skin on the feet should be treated first with symptomatic treatment. Urea vitamin E ointment can be applied and then a sealing treatment is performed by wrapping the foot after applying the ointment with plastic wrap and removing the wrap after 20 minutes. This effect enhances the moisturizing effect and also repairs as soon as possible the fine breakage of the skin produced by broken and dead skin. The dead skin can be mostly eliminated after the above treatment, at which point the original disease needs to be actively treated. If the dead skin is caused by tinea pedis, it should be treated with topical terbinafine hydrochloride gel and oral itraconazole capsules. If the dead skin is caused by eczema allergy, oral levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules and topical trimethoprim ointment should be used for treatment.
