What to do if you have itchy feet

Itchy and itchy feet can be treated with general therapy and medication. Foot fungus, also known as tinea pedis, is an infectious disease of the skin fungus that occurs on the feet (except for its back part).
1. General treatment: pay attention to the hygiene and cleanliness of the foot skin, avoid scratching the foot skin when itching, in order to prevent secondary infection or self-propagation; change shoes and socks diligently, keep the foot skin dry and clean; avoid sharing personal belongings, such as shoes and socks, with others.
2. medication: if there is exudate on the foot, use potassium permanganate solution to apply wet compresses; if there is keratinization of the skin, use salicylic acid ointment to soften the keratin; if the blisters are the main ones, use 3% boric acid solution to soak them; and then externally use antifungal medicines to treat the disease, such as ketoconazole ointment, miconazole nitrate cream, etc.; if the condition is serious, orally take antifungal medicines to treat the disease, such as itraconazole and terbinafine.
Tinea pedis patients are recommended to consult the hospital dermatology department, patients in the doctor’s guidance under the reasonable use of drugs, do not blindly self-medication.
