Weak glucocorticoid creams such as hydrocortisone cream and dronedar cream can be used for face allergy. Other mild hormone-free creams include urea cream, vitamin E cream and mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream.
Depending on the severity of the allergy, hormone-containing or hormone-free creams should be chosen. It is generally recommended to start with hormone-free creams first, and then use hormone-containing creams if they are ineffective.
Other measures: stop applying cosmetics and irritating skin care products to the face, avoid prolonged sun exposure, try to clean the face with lukewarm water, don’t rub the skin too hard, avoid spicy and stimulating foods, avoid tobacco and alcohol and other stimulants.
Face allergies can also take some oral anti-allergy drugs, such as loratadine tablets, cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, etc. If the symptoms are serious, it is recommended to go to the hospital dermatology department.
