Currently there is no research to show that there is a fast way to reduce edema after overeating, but it can be done through a reasonable diet, local massage, moderate exercise and other methods to help alleviate edema.
1. Reasonable diet: adjust the diet structure in time after overeating, reasonable diet, eat more broccoli, bananas and other foods, intake of dietary fiber to help carry some of the intestinal lipids, to help reduce the production of celiac disease, which in turn is beneficial to reduce the production of edema.
2. Local massage: after overeating on the lymphatic distribution of the parts of the massage, promote blood circulation, help to improve the phenomenon of edema.
3. Moderate exercise: After overeating, you can choose to jump rope, running, walking and other aerobic exercise to help the whole body water metabolism.
