What’s wrong with back pain, backache and generalized aches and pains?

Low back pain and generalized soreness may be caused by physiological reasons such as overwork, or it may be caused by pathological reasons such as colds, trauma, lumbar spine itself, soft tissue inflammation and so on.
1. Overwork: commonly seen in excessive stooping or strenuous exercise, which can cause accumulation of metabolic products in the lumbar back and muscles of the whole body, thus causing lumbar pain and backache and generalized pain.
2. Cold and flu: due to bacterial and viral infections, respiratory infections can cause low back pain, generalized soreness, fatigue, fever and other symptoms.
3. Trauma: due to trauma caused by vertebral compression fracture or local soft tissue injury, can stimulate the peripheral nerves, resulting in back pain and generalized pain.
4. Diseases of lumbar spine itself: commonly seen in lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation and other diseases, which may stimulate the sinus nerve and cause lumbago and back pain.
5. Soft tissue inflammation: prolonged work, stooping and other causes of lumbar back fascia, muscle and other tissues of the chronic tension injury and the formation of aseptic inflammation, can lead to the emergence of lumbar pain and back pain and generalized soreness.
