In general, no special treatment is needed for cervical nuchal translucency. Regular check-ups for cervical cancer screening TCT and HPV are needed, and if there is no problem with the two tests, cervical nuchal translucency does not require treatment or surgery. If the patient has a positive result of cervical cancer screening TCT and HPV, further colposcopy is needed in this case, and cervical biopsy surgery will be performed if necessary according to the colposcopic examination, and then decide whether further cervical conization is needed according to the pathology of the biopsy.
