Bone metastasis usually does not occur in the early stage of cervical cancer.
Early intermediate and middle stages of cervical cancer usually refer to stage 1 and stage 2 of cervical cancer. Usually, symptoms such as excessive leucorrhea and vaginal bleeding will appear in early stage of cervical cancer; symptoms such as irregular waist pain and abdominal cramps will appear in middle stage of the disease; early and middle stages of cervical cancer will not have distant metastasis, so bone metastasis will not appear in general.
It is recommended to remove the uterus partially or completely by surgery in early and middle stages of cervical cancer. If it is early cervical cancer, chemotherapy is usually not needed; if it is already in the middle stage, chemotherapy, such as carboplatin, cisplatin and other medicines, is needed after surgery to ensure that the tumor cells are completely killed, so as to avoid recurrence.
Cervical cancer patients should take good care of themselves after surgery, and should seek medical treatment in time when adverse reactions occur.
