The testes are part of the reproductive glands, and after removal, they mainly affect sperm production and hormone secretion levels. There is a tough fibrous membrane on the surface of the testicle, also known as the white membrane, which penetrates deep into the testicular parenchyma and is divided into many testicular lobules, which are composed of the varicocele and the testicular mesenchyme, the main function of which is to produce sperm and at the same time has the function of hormone secretion. Due to some special lesions in human body, such as testicular cancer or prostate cancer and other genitourinary lesions, during the surgery, in addition to removing the primary lesion, the testicle will be removed to avoid the metastasis of the tumor. There are two main problems after testicular removal: first, the testicles cannot continue to produce sperm, so they cannot continue to have children and will be infertile; second, because the testicles can secrete hormones, after removal, the hormone level will be reduced, and there may be signs of male feminization, such as a thin voice and hair loss. The testicles are very important to the human body and are part of the male sex characteristics. Daily care should be taken not to wear too tight clothing and pants, which can easily lead to an increase in testicular temperature, which may lead to a decrease in sperm quality on the one hand, and easily induce urinary tract inflammation on the other hand, in addition, a proper light daily diet and avoiding stimulation by tobacco and alcohol can reduce the incidence of testicles.
