Tobramycin Eye Drops instructions dosage for mild and moderate infections, 1 to 2 drops at a time, every 4 hours; for severe infections, 2 drops at a time, every hour.
Tobramycin Eye Drops is used for topical anti-infective treatment of infections of the external eye and appendages with sensitive strains of bacteria.
