The presence of symptoms of pregnancy vomiting does not mean that there is a fetal heartbeat and buds. This is because the appearance of pregnancy vomiting is mainly affected by changes in hormone levels in the body and so on. Generally, when a woman is about 6 weeks pregnant, she may experience some symptoms of early pregnancy reaction, such as nausea and vomiting, breast swelling and pain, body fatigue, dizziness, loss of appetite, frequent urination and so on. Symptoms of nausea and vomiting can only indicate that the hormone level in the body is higher, and it does not mean that there is already a fetal heartbeat and buds. Some women may be more nervous after pregnancy, or have hyperthyroidism, more sensitive to the elevated levels of human chorionic gonadotropin, and so on, the symptoms of pregnancy vomiting may appear earlier, some women may be 5 weeks pregnant with pregnancy vomiting symptoms. Some women may experience symptoms as early as 5 weeks into their pregnancy. Some women are not sensitive to elevated hormone levels and may not experience early pregnancy symptoms. If you have regular menstrual cycles, an ultrasound at 6 weeks of pregnancy will usually show fetal buds and fetal heart tube pulsations. If you do not see any fetal heart tube pulsations at 6 weeks, you should have a repeat ultrasound a week later.
