Oxaliplatin for Injection, this drug belongs to platinum antitumor drugs. Its indications are as follows, point 1, clinically used as the first-line treatment of metastatic colon cancer. Point 2, adjuvant treatment of colon cancer after complete resection of primary tumor. Oxaliplatin injection should not be applied with sodium chloride injection in the preparation process, and glucose injection should be used. The most common adverse reactions are gastrointestinal reactions, which can be manifested as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea as well as neutropenia and thrombocytopenia.
