Patients with high blood pressure in winter must be careful of cerebral hemorrhage!

Winter is a good season for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Low temperature is one of the main factors triggering cardiovascular disease, the human body is cold stimulation often leads to sympathetic excitation, systemic capillary constriction, blood circulation peripheral resistance increased, blood pressure increased, the brain load increased, easily triggered by cerebral hemorrhage. Two days ago, Master Wan was hospitalized for one month because he didn’t pay attention and had a sudden brain hemorrhage before going to bed at night. Today we will look at what is cerebral hemorrhage and how to prevent it? 1, what is hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage? Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is a hemorrhage caused by the rupture of blood vessels in the brain due to increased blood pressure, accounting for 20% to 30% of all strokes, and the death rate in the acute phase is 30% to 40%. The causes are mainly related to the lesions of cerebral blood vessels, i.e., closely related to high blood pressure, diabetes, hypertension, aging of blood vessels, smoking, etc. 2.Why are hypertensive patients prone to cerebral hemorrhage? Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage refers to the cerebral hemorrhage caused by the rupture of cerebral blood vessels when the blood pressure rises sharply due to hypertension with small arterial lesions in the brain. The severity of the condition varies greatly depending on the site of bleeding, the extent of bleeding, the body’s reaction, and the general condition, and in severe cases, death can occur on the spot. If the blood pressure of a person with long-term hypertension is not well controlled for a long time, the tension of blood vessels will increase and the intima will be overstretched. These factors will easily cause damage to the intima, which will become unsmooth and lose elasticity and even form microaneurysms in the small cerebral arteries. In this case, if the patient’s blood pressure suddenly rises significantly and the arterial wall cannot tolerate it, the blood vessel will rupture and blood will spill out, squeezing the brain tissue and finally turning into brain hemorrhage. 3.So how to prevent cerebral hemorrhage? (1) Active blood pressure control: This is the most important measure to reduce the risk of cerebral hemorrhage. Patients with hypertension should take blood pressure lowering regularly and insist on monitoring blood pressure, and when blood pressure fluctuates, they should promptly seek medical advice to adjust antihypertensive drugs. (2) Actively treat underlying diseases, monitor blood lipids and blood glucose, and keep them within normal limits. When atherosclerosis, blood vessels become brittle, in this case blood vessels are prone to rupture, atherosclerosis should be prevented, if the blood lipids are high, lipid-lowering drugs should be taken, 3) intracerebral hemorrhage is mainly caused on the basis of atherosclerosis, when blood pressure rises, blood vessels are prone to rupture. Usually all should avoid emotional excitement, keep bowel movements smooth, and avoid sudden rise in blood pressure. (4) Attention should be paid to lifestyle changes: eat more fruits and vegetables in the diet, eat less food with high fat content, quit smoking and limit alcohol, and exercise more, but avoid strenuous exercise. 4.What should I pay attention to prevent cerebral hemorrhage? To prevent cerebral hemorrhage in patients with hypertension, there are many things that are not suitable to do, including things such as exerting too much force, drinking a lot of alcohol, getting emotional, overworking and so on. All of these things can raise blood pressure and increase the risk of stroke (cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction) in patients with hypertension, especially those with poorly controlled blood pressure. Patients with hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia or those with diagnosed cardiovascular disease should be on high alert as the weather turns cooler, the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, and the climate is dry. Do not be careless about severe headache, and be careful about hemorrhagic stroke. In case of sudden onset of severe dizziness, headache, vomiting, inability to speak, weakness or numbness of one limb, confusion, etc., family members are advised to call “120” and send them to the hospital for emergency treatment.
