Lotus heart and what to drink with water to remove heart fire

Lotus heart can be combined with gardenia, Mouton, etc. to remove heart fire. But bubble water with effect is weak, not replace the drug use.
1. Gardenia has diarrhea fire to get rid of annoyance, clear heat and benefit dampness, cool blood and detoxification effect. Mainly used for treating heat disease upset, damp-heat jaundice, hemorrhagic (appearing blood in urine with pain) astringent pain, blood-heat epistaxis (due to blood-heat caused by vomiting blood, nosebleed), eye redness and swelling pain, fire-poisoning sores and ulcers. Note: This product is bitter and cold to the stomach, and should not be used by people with deficiency of blood and yin, or loose stools (thin and unformed feces) in the spleen.
2. Mutong has the effects of diuretic and diaphoretic (improving the problem of incomplete urination and small amount of urine), clearing fire in the heart, and promoting menstruation and lactation.
It is mainly used for the treatment of heat drenching (burning and stinging pain when urinating, accompanied by urinary frequency and urgency, and discomfort of traction in the abdomen), astringent pain, edema, mouth and tongue sores, heartburn and urinary redness, menstrual closure and breastfeeding, laryngeal paralysis (redness, swelling and pain in the pharynx, or dryness, with a feeling of a foreign body, or itching discomfort in the pharynx and difficulty in swallowing), sore throat, and paralysis with dampness-heat, etc. It is also useful for treating the symptoms of diuresis and dysuria. Note: Avoid eating greasy and damp things, pregnant women should be used with caution.
3. Lotus heart has the effect of clearing heart fire, calming liver fire, stopping bleeding and fixing essence. It is mainly used for delirium (confusion, nonsense), restlessness and insomnia, dizziness and redness. It is contraindicated for people with cold spleen and stomach.
