How to read a liver fibrosis test report card

The liver fibrosis test report form includes 4 indicators, namely type III procollagen, laminin, type IV collagen and hyaluronidase. If the values on the report form are out of the normal range of the 4 indicators, it means that there is a possibility of fibrosis in the patient’s liver. The liver fibrosis test is performed by drawing blood, and the normal range of type III procollagen is less than 120 μg/L; laminin is less than 130 μg/L; type IV collagen is less than 75 μg/L; and hyaluronidase is less than 110 mg/L. If the values in the report card exceed the normal range, it means that the patient’s liver may have fibrosis. If the values in the test report are out of the normal range, there may be fibrosis in the liver, and it is necessary to improve the relevant examinations to clarify the diagnosis. Because this result can only be used as an auxiliary reference, can not be diagnosed, want to clarify the degree of liver fibrosis, but also need to refer to imaging, pathology and other test data.
