How to Prevent Migraines

  Many migraineurs wonder why our doctors repeatedly tell people they need preventive treatment. Here we say that migraine is divided into the headache attack period and the headache interval period. During the attack period, a series of treatments are definitely needed. In the intermittent period, many people think that after this period, the pain will be gone and no treatment is needed. However, people with intermittent headaches need to be more careful and preventive. Acute phase treatment is used more than 6 to 8 times per month for 2 consecutive months. 5. Migraine attacks last for 72 hours or more.  Preventive treatment of migraine is an important part of managing headache. There are many forms of preventive treatment, including surgery, medications or nutritional supplements, lifestyle changes, etc. Pharmacological prophylaxis is usually used.
