If the pain is in the left scapula, radiating pain in the left shoulder due to heart attack or angina pectoris, then electrocardiography and related laboratory tests should be performed to further confirm the diagnosis and treatment. Third, lung tumors, if the pain in the upper lobe can appear in the back, the corresponding CT examination should be performed to further confirm the diagnosis. 4. Tumors of the ribs or scapula itself may also cause pain, and CT and ECT should be performed to further confirm and treat the pain.
