Rehabilitation exercises for plantar fasciitis mainly include plantar fascia self-extension training, passive extension training and standing gastrocnemius muscle extension training and other rehabilitation exercises.
1. Plantar fascia self-extension training: the patient sits on the bed or chair, grasps the toes with the hand and pulls them upward and backward, and feels that there is a sense of stretching on the bottom of the foot, maintains for about 15-30 seconds, and then relaxes, and repeats for 5 times as a group, and trains for 3 groups every day.
2. Passive stretching training: the patient sits in a long position, keep the affected knee straight, place a piece of towel or elastic band on the front of the foot, pull the toes to the side of the head, feel the calf triceps pulling sensation, the sole of the foot is fully pulled open, maintain 15 ~ 30 seconds to relax. Beginning of each group 10 times, and then increased to 30 times per group, each time to do 3 groups, 3 times a day.
3. Standing position gastrocnemius muscle extension training: the patient stands facing the wall, arms raised to the wall to the shoulder level. The healthy side of the knee flexion, the affected leg as far as possible backward extension, heel as far as possible not to leave the ground, the body leaning forward, feel the calf triceps pulling feeling, maintain 20 ~ 30 seconds. Every 3~5 groups, each group 3 times, 3 times a day.
Plantar fasciitis patients with pain and other symptoms are obvious, should be timely hospital consultation, combined with a variety of ways of treatment, more conducive to the recovery of the disease.
