Drinking coffee, good for coronary heart disease patients?

”Coffee” is now a well-known refreshing drink, but also because it can refresh at the same time to remove edema, improve the digestive system, promote metabolism and more by the female white-collar favorite. First of all, coffee contains certain nutrients. Niacin coffee contains vitamin B, which is higher in coffee beans after roasting. It also contains free fatty acids, caffeine, tannins, and so on. There was a time when the Internet was also crazy about the role of coffee in preventing gallstones, antioxidants, blood circulation and heart protection. However, some physicians point out that it is not recommended for coronary heart patients to drink coffee, coffee contains caffeine, which can excite the central nervous system and sympathetic nerves, causing increased heart rate, insomnia and other conditions, which are not good for patients with coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease patients have to maintain a good sleep and keep the heart rate stable in order to do so. So, is coffee actually good for coronary heart disease patients? The answer is of course that there are pros and cons. For healthy people, drinking coffee is certainly beneficial as long as there is no drowsy reaction. But for patients with coronary heart disease, as mentioned earlier, coffee has a refreshing effect, refreshing, is to excite the central nervous system in a period of time, so for those who can not rest well, just want to use coffee to refresh the coronary heart disease patients is not desirable. However, for those patients with coronary artery disease who have high blood lipids, black coffee can be slightly beneficial in terms of its anti-fat and anti-blocking effects. It is important to note here that it is only marginally beneficial. The average human body’s renewal cycle is twenty-eight days, so in layman’s terms, a person would have to drink a cup of bitter-sweet black coffee every day for twenty-eight days in order to achieve some of the beneficial effects mentioned above. However, patients with coronary heart disease cannot drink coffee every day, let alone a cup every day for twenty-eight consecutive days. Therefore, the benefits are actually very small, and even for some people who are not sensitive, the body does not get the slightest benefit after drinking coffee. After all, plain water is the better fountain of life. Therefore, if you are not extremely fond of coffee, people who are suffering from coronary heart disease are better off drinking more plain water.
