Patients with buzzing in the ears after waking up have the following common conditions: 1. Neurological tinnitus: In some patients, the tinnitus may last for a relatively short period of time, and may get better on its own soon after a few seconds to a few minutes, or even disappear completely. When this happens, patients need to go to the hospital in a timely manner, often requiring further audiological tests. 2. Sudden deafness: Tinnitus is only a concomitant symptom, and some patients may even have further symptoms such as vertigo and vomiting. The occurrence of this disease is often related to factors such as overexertion, irregular work and rest, or excessive mental and emotional stress, or exposure to viral infections.
