Did you vomit blood before you died of esophageal cancer?

Esophageal cancer, also known as esophageal cancer, has the potential to vomit blood profusely before passing away.
Patients with esophageal cancer will vomit blood when the tumor cells invade the surrounding blood vessels in the middle or late stage of the disease, or in the middle or late stage when the tumor cells are necrotic and ulcerated.
Esophageal cancer is a kind of malignant tumor originated from the mucosal epithelium of esophagus, and in early stage, it may only manifest as discomfort behind the sternum. When the cancer develops into middle or late stage, if the cancer invades the surrounding blood vessels, it will lead to vomiting blood; when the cancer causes obstruction of the esophagus, it can lead to esophageal reflux, and the reflux can contain food residues and necrotic, ulcerated tumor tissues and blood.
Esophageal cancer in the middle and late stages will cause great vomiting of blood, which signifies that the tumor has invaded large blood vessels or the tumor is necrotic and bleeding, which will further cause excessive blood loss, cachexia, severe emaciation, and so on, and the occurrence of all these may lead to serious deterioration of the condition, which in turn may lead to death.
If diagnosed with esophageal cancer, please standardize the treatment under the guidance of physician.
