The normal range of absolute basophil count is generally (0.12~0.8) x 10 to the 9th power per liter, and 0.07 is slightly lower than the normal value. However, basophils need to be combined with other indicators to make a comprehensive judgment, and a single decrease has no special clinical significance. A low absolute basophil count does not usually affect health, but a high count indicates an abnormal blood test result. High values may be due to inflammatory diseases, such as allergic colitis or rheumatoid arthritis, or allergic causes, such as urticaria or allergic asthma, or hematologic diseases, such as essential thrombocythemia or myelofibroma, or chronic granulocytic leukemia. Considering blood diseases, patients need to go to the hospital in time to do blood analysis, and also need to do bone marrow aspiration test, according to the results of the comprehensive examination to clarify the cause, and choose the targeted treatment program for the primary condition to adjust.
