What does HPV12 mean?

HPV virus is divided into many subtypes, and in order to facilitate the research and management of the virus, HPV is artificially numbered. The HPV 12 is a low-risk virus of the skin mucosa, mainly causing cutaneous damage such as flat warts, common warts, etc. It is a benign lesion that often develops when the body’s immunity is low. The HPV can be transmitted directly or through indirect transmission. HPV12 can be treated by laser and cryotherapy, or by fluorouracil ointment.
