Pharyngeal papilloma is mainly treated by surgery, but can also be treated by cryojet method or microwave ablation.
1. Surgical treatment: Surgical excision is suitable for patients with papilloma of oropharynx, and imported entry is generally used. Carbon dioxide laser resection is suitable for patients with papilloma in the larynx. When the laryngeal lesion is small or the tumor tip is not obvious, direct clamping excision with biopsy forceps can be used.
2. Cryojet method: the doctor holds the jet freezer and aims the jet head at the root and tip of the tumor or the tumor tissue to carry out the cryojet treatment.
3. Microwave ablation: it is suitable for some patients with oropharyngeal papilloma.
